What exactly is a Chakra-Tuned "Singing" Quartz Crystal Bowl?
A Chakra-Tuned "Singing" Quartz Crystal Bowl is a bowl precisely manufactured from pure quartz crystal. The bowl is hand-tuned, by an exclusive process, to a note of the diatonic musical scale. When played, the bowl resonates ("sings") its note, opening and balancing the corresponding energy vortex (Chakra) of the body.

How can I hear a bowl?
There are several ways to hear the bowls. You can download a short soundbyte. You can buy the Crystal Voices CD. And of course, you can listen to the bowls at one of our retail outlets (call us for locations) or just order a bowl of your own.

What size bowl is needed to balance a particular chakra?
The pitch of the bowl determines which chakra is balanced. The size of the bowl determines its tone and octave and is a matter of personal preference. Therefore, any size bowl can balance any chakra.

Is any size bowl better than any other?
No.

Does a bowl play more than one note?
No.

How is the tone and octave determined?
The smaller the bowl the higher the octave. The larger the bowl, the deeper the tone and the lower the octave.

How many bowls do I need to buy?
There is no set number and usually, the application determines the ideal number of bowls to order. A full chakra set (7) is recommended for complete balancing.

How many different sizes are there?
We feature 23 different sizes of Chakra Tuned "Singing" Quartz Crystal Bowls. There are 12 different frosted bowl sizes; 6 different clear bowl sizes; and 5 different Kaliski "Optically Clear" bowl sizes.
